YK系列液位控制灌裝機(jī)機(jī)械的設(shè)計(jì)和構(gòu)造是通過穩(wěn)定的真空吸力把物料灌裝到容器里，灌裝量是定液面的灌裝方式。當(dāng)物料到達(dá)灌裝到灌裝嘴時，多余的物料就回收到回收罐里。灌裝的液位高度取決于在灌裝嘴插入容器內(nèi)的深度，因此不管容器是否*，液位始終是相同的。特別適合灌裝香水、花露水、香油、葡萄酒、白酒等液體。
YK系列機(jī)械容易保養(yǎng)，不需要特殊的維修工具，有很高的灌裝精度，不會有漏裝現(xiàn)象。
我們可以根據(jù)你的特殊要求定做灌裝嘴的數(shù)量。

Introduction ：
Our YK series are pure pneumatic machines,and require no electricity.They are easy to operate and bottle changes are as easy as sliding new bottles under the fill heads or pushing the foot pedal.Fill levels are adjustable and achieve fill consistency regardless of the product.In addition to serving as a filler for your more delicate product lines,the VAC can also be an inexpensive backup unit,eliminating down time and costly set-ups for small runs.All the features above make them ideal machines for filling the water-like products,especially for perfume,toilet water,sesame oil,wine,liquor,etc.
Vacuum filling systems draw product into the container by using constant vacuum suction.once the filling level required reaches,the excess product will be drawn through the auto-drainage system and back into the product tank.The fill level of the container is determined by the depth of the vacuum heads within the neck of container,so that the fill level will be the same regardless of bottle inconsisencies.
