該機(jī)系我司引進(jìn)吸收歐洲*技術(shù)，自動(dòng)研制開(kāi)發(fā)的新一代油品定量灌裝設(shè)備。它采用常壓灌裝原理，通過(guò)控制灌裝時(shí)間來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)不同的計(jì)量。直線(xiàn)式的進(jìn)瓶及定位，使更換容器和變換灌裝量調(diào)整更加簡(jiǎn)單，灌裝頭設(shè)有防滴漏裝置，電器和氣動(dòng)元件選用品牌，控制系統(tǒng)采用PLC配合人機(jī)界面控制，設(shè)計(jì)新穎、外形美觀，具有自動(dòng)化程度高，性能穩(wěn)定可靠、灌裝精度高、適用性強(qiáng)、操作調(diào)整簡(jiǎn)單、方便等特點(diǎn)、廣泛適用于各種食用油、機(jī)油及油類(lèi)液體的灌裝。
The Machine is the new generation oil quantitative filling machine which is researched by our company with absorbing aboard advanced technology. It adopts atmospheric pressure, achieve different measuring through changing the filling time. Linear sending and positioning bottle , makes it is much more easy to change bottle and adjusted filling amount. The filling head is installed with anti-leakage device. Applies world famous electric parts and pneumatic parts, and man-machine interface with PLC control. It features original design, beautiful appearance, strong adaptability, simple operation, accurate filling and convenient maintenance. It is widely used for filling edible oil, lubricating oil, oil and some liquid similar like oil.
