二、安裝示意圖：

在新開井工程中，天然氣撬裝疏水閥的安裝，應(yīng)在主體工程結(jié)束，完成系統(tǒng)試壓和管道吹掃作業(yè)之后進(jìn)行。若在安裝疏水閥之后進(jìn)行試壓和吹掃管線，則應(yīng)將疏水閥橇與系統(tǒng)隔離，啟用旁通管線進(jìn)行吹掃，以避免疏水閥內(nèi)部受到污染。

二、Installation diagram：

 三、安裝、維護(hù)：

1、該疏水閥應(yīng)水平安裝，在管線路較低位置，閥前應(yīng)裝截止閥、過濾器，同時安裝旁通閥。

2、本疏水閥安裝完畢，開啟進(jìn)口截止閥，再開啟出口截止閥，疏水閥開始正常運行連續(xù)排水作業(yè)。

3、安裝方向：閥體上的箭頭指向與管道流體方向一致。

4、排污：由于在疏水閥運行時，會有雜質(zhì)等污物隨凝結(jié)水進(jìn)入疏水閥腔內(nèi)，應(yīng)及時清除，以確保疏水閥的正常工作。排污時，首先關(guān)閉疏水閥前與后的截止閥，然后打開底部排污球閥，再慢開進(jìn)口截止閥，以凝結(jié)水沖洗本閥內(nèi)腔渣物，直至將內(nèi)部沖洗干凈為止。

5、為確保天然氣撬裝疏水閥橇裝長期正常運行，疏水閥使用三個月，應(yīng)進(jìn)行次維護(hù)檢查保養(yǎng)。次維護(hù)保養(yǎng)時須制造廠專業(yè)技術(shù)人員現(xiàn)場進(jìn)行技術(shù)指導(dǎo)，對疏水器內(nèi)部零件磨損、腐蝕情況和沉降污物情況進(jìn)行檢查和相應(yīng)調(diào)整，并根據(jù)污物沉降等情況進(jìn)行分析，為使用單位提供運行、排污等建議，便于使用單位確定保養(yǎng)檢查和排污作業(yè)周期。
