間歇式熱風(fēng)循環(huán)單層烘干機(jī)是我廠專(zhuān)為香瓜子（焦糖）、花生、樹(shù)堅(jiān)果等需要較長(zhǎng)烘干時(shí)間的堅(jiān)果、瓜子而設(shè)計(jì)的。該烘干機(jī)為間歇式烘干，采用熱風(fēng)循環(huán)單層結(jié)構(gòu)，的推拉式熱風(fēng)循環(huán)利用系統(tǒng)，具有節(jié)能降耗、熱交換率高、干燥快、脫水均勻、烘干時(shí)間及溫度可控范圍大、潮氣集中排放、有效改善工作環(huán)境的優(yōu)點(diǎn)。

主要特點(diǎn)Main features

1、熱風(fēng)循環(huán)利用。將烘干過(guò)程中產(chǎn)生的約50℃-80℃的熱空氣進(jìn)行再次加熱干燥，循環(huán)利用，熱風(fēng)加熱到90℃只需要加熱10℃-40℃，溫升差小，因此能耗低，要比普通烘干機(jī)節(jié)能很多，并且不受環(huán)境因素影響；

烘干時(shí)間、溫度由客戶(hù)根據(jù)不同的工藝，品種自行設(shè)定，調(diào)整。
