XT-LP Full-automatic Bottle Unscrambler
設(shè)備簡介
全自動(dòng)理瓶機(jī)適用于塑料瓶（圓形瓶、方形瓶）及各種耐沖擊容器的自動(dòng)整理和排列輸出，能與洗瓶機(jī)、灌裝旋蓋機(jī)和貼標(biāo)機(jī)等設(shè)備配套聯(lián)線使用，廣泛用于制藥、食品、化工等行業(yè)。為提高自動(dòng)化程度，可選配貯瓶和自動(dòng)補(bǔ)瓶機(jī)構(gòu)。
①整機(jī)由SUS304不銹鋼制成，*符合GMP要求。
②理瓶效率高，出瓶速度快且速度可調(diào)，操作簡便，易于維護(hù)。
③具有滿瓶時(shí)自動(dòng)停機(jī)， 缺瓶時(shí)自動(dòng)啟動(dòng)功能。

Brief introduction
Plastic bottles (round or square bottles) and other containers with impact resistance can be unscrambled automatically and outputted in order by this full-automatic bottle unscrambler. This machine can be matched with bottle-washing machine, filling and cap-screwing machine and labeling machine to run with production line, widely used in medicine, food and chemical industries. As a choice, bottle- storing and automatic bottle- supplementing mechanisms could be matched to improve the degree of automation.
①Complete machine is made from stainless steel and conforms to GMP.
②High bottle unscrambling efficiency; high and adjustable bottle outputting speed; simple operation; easy to maintain.
③This machine will shut down automatically when bottles are full on back-end and start up when they are lacking.
